Engzcarwash – Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Engzcarwash mobile application (“App”) and all services offered through it, including Car Winch, Car Wrapping, Mobile Car Wash, and Building Cleaning (collectively, the “Services”).

 

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. Service Descriptions

 

5.1 Car Winch

 

Includes towing or recovery of vehicles. We are not liable for damage related to hidden or pre-existing issues.

 

5.2 Car Wrapping

 

Full or partial wraps using approved materials. Customer approval is required before proceeding. We are not liable for issues caused by rust, paint damage, or previous wrap attempts.

 

5.3 Mobile Car Wash

 

Includes standard and premium packages. Extra fees may apply for pet hair, stains, or hard-to-remove dirt.

 

5.4 Building Cleaning

 

Includes residential and commercial properties. Customer must ensure access, electricity, and water are available as needed.

  1. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds
  • Services can be booked via the App, WhatsApp, or customer service
  • Cancellation is free if made at least 2 hours in advance
  • A cancellation or no-show fee may apply if you fail to provide access or cancel late
  • Refunds are subject to review based on service completion and complaint submission

  • Payments must be made upon service completion via cash, card, or digital payment
  • Offers and promotions are limited and subject to change without notice

  • Firebase Crashlytics (error tracking)

  • Engzcarwash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
